The minimum order value (MOV) is £200 per order (excluding VAT where VAT is applicable). Please ensure you have ordered at least this amount in £ sterling before checking out and paying (you will be reminded!).
NB: WE DO NOT OFFER A DROP SHIPPING SERVICE.
Once you have registered and been authorised to use our website, payment must be on checkout. We do not offer credit accounts to any customers.
Our payments by credit and debit card are secure online and we do not retain any of your payment information.
Bank Transfers are our preferred method of payment (details are on the payment page if you choose this option).
We also offer PayPal Payments which can be paid with a PayPal account, and secure UK only card payments using Sage Pay.
For UK customers, we can also take valid credit and debit cards over the phone if you prefer, but payments online ensure your order will be dispatched speedily and are taken over SagePay’s secure site either way.
VAT (UK sales tax) at the prevailing rate of 20% will be charged on all applicable invoices. If your products are being delivered to an EU country and you have (and provide us with) your registered company tax number, we can offer a 0% VAT invoice. Please advise us of the number prior to confirming your order. For Channel Islands, 0% VAT should work at the time of order, but if you have entered the correct address and are still being charged VAT, please call or email us and we can correct the invoice manually.
Other countries outside the UK and EC are exempt from VAT, so this will not be added on your final invoice.
Delivery – UK
We have upgraded our fully tracked service. Order by 12pm for same day dispatch by DPD.
Charges are as follows:
Next Working Day Delivery: UK Mainland orders = £10
2 Working Day Delivery: UK non-Mainland orders = £20
If you would like Saturday delivery, please call us once you have placed your order, and we can arrange this at an additional charge of just £5.50 for Mainland UK. There is no guaranteed delivery time with this service.
For Guaranteed Timed Saturday Services (by 10.30am or 12.30pm), we can quote you at time of order.
Delivery – Europe
Delivery will normally be made within 5-10 working days of placing your order.
Delivery Charges vary by country. Please complete your order and shipping will be calculated before you check out.
For European delivery, we have partnered with DPD who offer a reliable, tracked 3-5 day service.
Delivery – Rest of World
Delivery will normally be made within 5-10 working days of placing your order. We partner with UPS for Global Delivery Services.
From £75 per pack of 20 baskets
Delivery charges to Rest of World destinations are charged per pack. If you are ordering baskets, please progress your order to ON HOLD (Bank payment or Cheque) and we will give you an accurate quote for shipping. You will still have all the payment options available to you once the shipping cost is confirmed.
If you want us to ship to a country not on the current list, please email us with your requirements and we will provide you with a shipping quotation.
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products, and suggest you order samples if you are unsure about quality and sizes etc.. (please order via our retail site www.lepapillonvert.co.uk) before you place a large order.
If for any reason you are not happy with an order/item, please let us know within 2 working days of receipt. We will try to sort the issue out for you, and as necessary provide you with a returns authorisation number. All returns should be sent back to us within 5 working days of receipt, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. If deemed appropriate, we may refund the cost of return shipping up to a maximum of £5.
The authorisation number must be quoted in all correspondence and should be marked on the outside of the returned goods packaging. Our warehouse will reject any packages which do not comply with this request and they will be returned to the sender.
Once we have received the returned goods into the warehouse, we will inspect them, and check that the correct goods have been returned vs the authorisation form. Refunds are wholly conditional upon these terms being met. We will complete the credit process within 5 working days from receipt.
We also reserve the right to ask for the whole order to be returned if the remainder does not meet the £200 minimum order value requirements.
A re-stocking fee may apply, and this will be advised at the time of return authorisation.
